The control unit collects the 4-20mA signal from the 0-1mt sensor (0cm = 4mA 100cm = 20mA), through the two trimmers and the “cut” established with the dip switch at the top right of the board it is possible to calibrate two setpoints separated (from 0 to 1 meter or depending on the cuts) using the two regulation trimmers REG OUT1 and REG OUT2. When the programmed thresholds are exceeded, the relevant relay switches: in this case the red LEDs relating to OUT1 and OUT 2 light up.
The 10 blue LEDs indicate the approximate position of the level from 10 to 100 cm on the scale.
The position of the DIPs establishes the adjustment range of the trimmer.
On JP3 the rs232 TTL output establishes communication with the PC and reads the programmed and real-time data.

Al superamento delle soglie programmate, il relè relativo scambia : in tal caso si accendono i led rossi relativi a OUT1 e OUT 2.
I 10 led blu segnalano la posizione approssimativa del livello da 10 a 100 cm della scala. La posizione dei DIP stabilisce l’intervallo di regolazione del trimmer.
Su JP3 l’uscita rs232 TTL stabilisce una comunicazione col PC e fa leggere i dati programmati e in real time.
